| Two Year Limited Warranty |
Universal Sewing Supply, Inc. will
replace* your My-T-Fine™ Cutter within 2 years of the original retail purchase
if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid
only for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase.
Industrial users are not covered under this warranty. Please save your receipt
as proof of date of purchase. *For shipments to U.S. and Canadian addresses
only. What is not covered under warranty:
- Cutting Blades. The life of the blade set will vary depending upon the material
being cut as well as how many hours you use the cutter. Replacement blades sets
can be purchased separately.
- Depleted Sealed Batteries. The sealed battery
pack should recharge fully approximately 400-500 times. Once the battery pack
has been used up the My-T-Fine™ Cutter has no further life.
- Damage
caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations. Dropping your My-T-Fine™
Cutter can damage the internal drive mechanism. Use with care.

63130 Be sure you follow the steps below: - Ship pre-paid at
your expense since no collect shipments will be accepted. We recommend using a
shipping method you can track since we can not be responsible for lost mail.

Pack up your My-T-Fine™ Cutter. Do not forget to include both the base and
the charger.
- Inside of your package, please include paperwork proving
your proof of retail purchase. A complete sales receipt showing the date of purchase
is acceptable.
- Please provide the following:
-Your name
-Address
-City
-State
-Zip code
-Phone number (including area
code)
-E-mail address (recommended but optional)
-Reason for your return
If it is determined your My-T-Fine™ Cutter is covered by the 2-year
limited warranty, we will replace your defective Cutter with a new Cutter pre-paid
to your above specified address at no charge. Limitation
of remedies: In no event shall Universal Sewing Supply or any of
its subsidiaries be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages
based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract or any other legal theory. Such
damages include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue; loss of profit;
loss of materials that have been cut; loss of use and the claims of third parties.
In no event shall Universal Sewing Supply or its subsidiaries be liable for more
than the price that you paid for a single My-T-Fine™ Cutter.
